Full QS services from RIBA Stage 1 through to final account on a landmark Grade A office scheme in Birmingham city centre. ECJ managed procurement, administered the JCT Design and Build contract, and delivered the project within the agreed cost plan.
End-to-end commercial management for a major logistics and distribution facility. ECJ provided procurement strategy, supply chain management, and cost reporting throughout the construction phase, achieving a final account settlement within 1% of the approved budget.
QS and contract administration services for a mixed-use residential development comprising 62 units and ground-floor commercial space. ECJ managed all interim valuations, variations, and the final account process under a JCT Standard Building Contract.
Cost planning and employer's agent services for a phased refurbishment of a further education campus. ECJ produced RIBA stage cost plans, managed the procurement process, and administered the contract through to practical completion.
