Who we are
ECJ was founded with a clear purpose: to provide enterprise clients with the kind of senior, specialist commercial expertise that is too often diluted in larger generalist firms. We focus exclusively on Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, which means every client benefits from deep, undivided expertise.
Based in Stourbridge in the West Midlands, we operate nationally across a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure. Our clients range from private developers and main contractors to public sector bodies and institutional investors.
